The Role: Client Advisor 

At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time Client Advisor (fixed-term paternity cover) to join our Bicester Outlet store. 


Responsibilities

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE 

  • Has strong knowledge of the collection
  • Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS 

  • Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
  • Maximisessales opportunity leveraging cross- selling 

 

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT 

  • Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
  • Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
  • May have opening and closing responsibilities.


Qualifications

Key Qualifications.β€― 

  • Previous experience in sales roles; 
  • Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus; 
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts; 
  • Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; 
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; 
  • Strong communication skills; 
  • Willingness to evolve in the organisation; 
  • Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus; 
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
