Key Responsibilities

• Product Expertise
  Become a trusted authority on Dyson technology. Understand each product’s features and benefits, and confidently explain how they meet the needs of a diverse, international customer base.
• Customer Engagement
  Welcome customers warmly and provide tailored, personable advice—understanding that Bicester Village visitors often value premium service, efficient interactions, and multi‑language or culturally aware support.
• Sales & Demonstrations
  Deliver immersive product demonstrations that capture attention in a fast‑paced retail setting. Showcase Dyson’s unique engineering to inspire excitement and drive informed purchase decisions.
• Store Presentation
