Responsibilities
The Sales Advisor (or Client Advisor) is the brand ambassador and is responsible for:
- Customer Experience: Welcoming customers and offering a high level of personalised service to maximise sales.
- Clienteling: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to build loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring that the shop and products are presented in accordance with brand standards.
- Operations: Cashier duties, inventory and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
