Overview
We are currently seeking skilled people to join our MaxMara stockroom team in Bicester Village Outlet store. The main aim of the role is to deliver effective stock management whilst driving the Company KPI’s through the maintenance and availability of product.
Responsibilities
Main Duties include
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and presentation of merchandise at all times
- Manage tasks energetically and efficiently
- Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely manner to ensure effective replenishment
- Ensuring that behaviour at all times complies with MaxMara Health and Safety directives and policies
- Communicating clearly and effectively and is able to build a relationship with the front of house team
- To maintain and upkeep the stock files and keep on top of any other stock related administrative duties
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with an interest in fashion
- Experience within a similar role desirable
- Be a good team player
- Good verbal communication skills, actively listens and is able to build relationships with others
- Open to learning and developing new skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment, juggle priorities effectively, resolve issues quickly
- Computer and numeracy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Take pride in personal presentation and grooming
