Overview

As a Store Team Leader, you will support the management of the retail team, and will lead by example in offering extraordinary customer service through delivering the brand values, whilst you will inspire and coach the team to achieve their full potential in a retail environment.  As a Group, we are formed of many luxury beauty brands that are fast growing within the industry. Reports to: Boutique Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Job Location: Bicester Village

Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours; 5 days per week over 7 fully flexible days


Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Management in leading the retail team, setting a strong example and coaching staff to support their development;
  • Achieve sales goals and strong KPIs;
  • Adhere to the brand’s G.O.L.D. service standard, and create customer engagement with our multi-branded boutique by driving store animations and events;
  • Attending to the needs of every customer in an approachable, highly attentive and personal manner, adapting and responding to their individual needs;
  • Working collaboratively with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store;
  • Developing and maintaining positive and productive ongoing relationships with customers, the Beaute Prestige International Team, and store management alike;
  • Educate customers on our multiple brands by sharing your passion, creating and maintaining excitement about the brands.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times. Uphold the brand image and present Beaute Prestige International in a positive light, including wearing the products in store;
  • Ensure marketing programs are followed and that shop-floor standards are representative at all times.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and report weekly sales;
  • Being present in store for designated visits / special events;
  • Planning schedules for the team around promotional calendar.
  • Operational skills needed


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in supervising a team;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Strong retail experience, able to represent Beaute Prestige International in personal presentation and sales performance;
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team, self-motivated and able to take initiative;
  • Understanding of KPIs, and able to drive these across a team;
  • Flexibility to work key trading hours
