Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join a successful and inclusive secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. The successful SENCo will play a key strategic role in leading SEND provision across KS3 & KS4, working closely with SLT, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies.
The SENCo will oversee EHCPs, interventions, and staff training, ensuring all pupils with SEND are supported to achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious SENCo or an experienced SEND professional ready to step into a whole-school leadership role.
