The Role

• Facilities Management: Lead the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds with total precision.

• Health & Safety: Act as the lead for all on-site health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and fire safety protocols.

• Project Oversight: Coordinate external contractors and manage internal site staff to ensure all facility repairs are completed promptly.

• Operational Readiness: Ensure the campus is well-ordered and ready for daily scholarly inquiry, treating every colleague as a valued peer.
