The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall management of the school site, including maintenance, health and safety, and site security.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds
Managing site staff and coordinating daily tasks
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments
Managing contractors and external service providers
Overseeing security of the premises, including opening and closing procedures
Supporting school events and operational requirements
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in site management, facilities, or estates management
Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
Have a good understanding of health and safety regulations
Be confident managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Be proactive and able to respond to issues efficiently
